The Proposal
Nick proposed on April 13, 2005 with a rose pedal pathway leading to a candle lit room. A letter was waiting placed on the bed, while music played in the background. By the time Natalie finished the letter a second song was playing, God Must Have Spent by Alabama. Nick was waiting in the doorway down on one knee with a rose and a ring. Nick proposed and then asked her to dance to the song they had been singing to each other since high school.
